Exposed unpainted trim and cabinets throughout the house. Lots of steps, dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets, rusty grill, no gas in tank, large broken drawer in kitchen, dirty pool, some beds were missing bedspreads. Mildewed shower curtain, a/c vents dripping onto loveseat. OLD pool and porch furniture. Overgrown plants, entire property needs maintenance. Priced too high. Feel like we overpaid due to current condition. Great location near the cut, beach was great ! Rental company was responsive when we requested assistance.
