Your year-round mountain base—steps to trails and central to Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Zion.

Set the thermostat set to 55°F before departure to prevent frozen pipes.
Please close all blinds and curtains, lock all doors and windows, and turn off all lights. Ensure any appliances (such as space heaters or humidifiers) are turned off and unplugged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cameras on Property: Exterior perimeter cameras only. Back-deck camera is disabled during guest stays. No interior cameras.
Hot tub use is at guests’ own risk. Availability is not guaranteed due to weather or equipment issues.

Could not have loved our stay here more! Cozy, clean, and well-stocked with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Just an easy couple minute drive to the Giant Steps and Navajo ski lifts. Beautiful views from the cabin and hot tub. Communication from host was great. Amazing and memorable trip for our family and friends, would love to return someday!
