With unparalleled year round access and outstanding views, this cedar sided contemporary home is unique in the Brian Head area. Accessed via a fifty foot bridge, this home sits on the Ridgeview mountainside, with unrestricted and spectacular views overlooking Brian Head mountain, the ski resort, the Bristlecone Pond, and the entire Brian Head town valley below. It is a two minute drive to either main ski resort parking area. Completely renovated with expansions in the 1990's and 2000's, and recent yearly renovations and upgrades, this home has four bedroom areas (one a master suite complete with functioning fireplace, 43 inch Samsung TV, and Jacuzzi bathtub in master bathroom), one full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, one half bathroom, one "nature bedroom" with functioning fireplace, living room with 55 inch Samsung LED television and gas fireplace, modern kitchen with all amenities, loft / office complete with two computer monitors for your XBOX/Playstations with gas fireplace, fast Wi Fi via an ORBI mesh network throughout the house, an unbelievable view of the mountains, and a Solarium with a JACUZZI J315 3 man hot tub, small gym, and sauna. A laundry room with modern washer / dryer, and bunk beds for four children, complement the basement, along with a home theater room which contains a 55 inch Samsung QLED television, again with XBOX/Playstation hook up capability and a gas stove fireplace. Satellite TV, computer terminals, WiFi, telephones, and internet are included. Because of the multiple level nature of this house, it is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities. It also might not be suitable for some elderly, depending upon their physical conditioning. The rental has beds for up to six adults and four children / teenagers / small adults. (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin bunk beds). Because of the heights involved, vigilance with small children is necessary.
2022 UPDATE: All five fireplaces are now functional. New kitchen appliances, new furniture, refinished hardwood floors, new interior/exterior paint and staining, updated lighting throughout, over 20 fire/gas/CO monitors throughout house, upgraded bed linens.
2024 UPDATE: Window screens have been installed to eradicate the new flying insect issue.
Bring your own XBOX or Playstation, and hook up to our HDMI cable/monitor/TV. We have three monitors for your children's entertainment.
With the exception of lowering our standard low season daily rate, we have basically kept our rental rates the same over the past seven years, and have been blessed with many wonderful repeat visitors.

Purchased and renovated twice by a Las Vegas resident (originally from New York), manager, wife, two beautiful boys and one infant daughter currently spend their time equally between Las Vegas, Brian Head and Thailand. As the second owner of this 40 year old property, and having called this residence home for many of the 30 years that we have owned this, this is the first time this house has been made available for rent to the public. We have rented exclusively via VRBO for the past seven years with great success.

Why they chose this property
Back in the late 1980's, when most homes in the Brian Head area were of basic design and construction, this home stood out as a very unique and modern design. Besides its excellent location within the actual city limits, which offers the benefits of city snow plowing, electricity, city sewer and water, the siting of the home is unique in that it faces the Brian Head ski area directly, with unrestricted and spectacular views of the mountain directly in front, and the Brian Head valley below. With few residences in the area, the location offers the convenience and safety of city access, yet ignores the common hustle and bustle of other housing areas and condo units. A large deck built off of the second level living room has one of a kind magnificent views of the surrounding area, ski resort, Bristlecone Pond, and Brian Head mountain. Few homes in Brian Head offer these types of views of the ski area. When purchased in 1989, the four story house demonstrated excellent build and design quality which was not common back in those days. Two major renovations in 2001 to 2005 led to a redesign of the master suite, with modern Kohler fixtures, showers, and baths, enlarged picture windows, decks, additional rooms, basement renovation, and a complete kitchen redesign and overhaul. An office was installed, four fireplaces, electric and gas heat, with modern appliances throughout. A home theater area was built with a fifty five inch LED television, satellite TV, and Orbi mesh internet.
The ski area, shopping and retail mall, and Bristlecone Pond, is a two minute drive on city plowed streets.

What makes this property unique
One of the few houses that has an overwhelming unrestricted view of Brian Head mountain. It is one of the few houses with a modern contemporary look. Four stories in height, with a modern staircase connecting all levels, it is a masterpiece of design. Two major renovations have improved the property dramatically. Few residences offer the views of the Brian Head ski resort and valley that this home does. It is a unique residence, basically unmatched in the area. The house is a two minute drive to either main ski resort parking area; one can walk to the southernmost ski slope (near Georg's Ski Chalet and Store) to access the ski area, but it is more recommended to drive the short distance to the main parking areas.
