Because of the multiple level nature of this house, it is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities. It also might not be suitable for some elderly, depending upon their physical conditioning. The rental has beds for up to six adults and four children / teenagers / small adults. Purchased and renovated twice by a Las Vegas resident (originally from New York), manager, wife and two beautiful boys currently spend their time equally between Las Vegas, Brian Head and Thailand. As second owner of this property, and having called this residence home for many of the 27 years that we have owned this residence, this is the first time this house has been made available for rent to the public. The property is owned by Russboworld Utah LLC, a registered company in Nevada. It is managed by the owners of Russboworld Utah. Why Richard Russell chose Brian Head
Back in the late 1980's, when most homes in the Brian Head area were of basic design and construction, this home stood out as a very unique and modern design. Besides its excellent location within the actual city limits, which offers the benefits of city snow plowing, electricity, city sewer and water, the siting of the home is unique in that it faces the Brian Head ski area directly, with unrestricted and spectacular views of the mountain directly in front, and the Brian Head valley below. With few residences in the area, the location offers the convenience and safety of city access, yet ignores the common hustle and bustle of other housing areas and condo units. A large deck built off of the second level living room has one of a kind magnificent views of the surrounding area, ski resort, Bristlecone Pond, and Brian Head mountain. Few homes in Brian Head offer these types of views of the ski area. When purchased in 1989, the four story house demonstrated excellent build and design quality which was not common back in those days. Two major renovations in 2001 to 2005 led to a redesign of the master suite, with modern Kohler fixtures, showers, and baths, enlarged picture windows, decks, additional rooms, basement renovation, and a complete kitchen redesign and overhaul. An office was installed, four fireplaces, electric and gas heat, with modern appliances throughout. A home theater area was built with a sixty inch LED television, Blu Ray / DVD, satellite TV, and internet. The ski area, shopping and retail mall, and Bristlecone Pond, is a two minute drive on city plowed streets.
What makes this House unique
One of the few houses that has an overwhelming unrestricted view of Brian Head mountain. It is one of the few houses with a modern contemporary look. Four stories in height, with a modern staircase connecting all levels, it is a masterpiece of design. Two major renovations have improved the property dramatically. Few residences offer the views of the Brian Head ski resort and valley that this home does. It is a unique residence, basically unmatched in the area. The house is a two minute drive to either main ski resort parking area; one can walk to the southernmost ski slope (near Georg's Ski Chalet and Store) to access the ski area, but it is more recommended to drive the short distance to the main parking area.

Beautiful home large enough for a couple families!
Beautiful home with great views of the mountain. We had three couples and two kids on our trip and never felt crowded. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Unique property in a great location
We loved our stay at this home. Richard was great to deal with and easy to reach. We loved the multiple decks, the views and the separation of the various living spaces. If you like to grill, this property has a GREAT gas grill (Jenn-Air). The property is located about half way between Bryce and Zion and right down the road from Cedar Breaks so if you are hiking the canyons, this place is perfectly situated. Would rent again.
Fantastic property for a group but don't bring the toddlers
The house is super funky and fun for a group. We loved the hot tub on the ground floor and the Beautiful master bathroom and the huge deck. Our only issue really, was that we had a young family with us and the house perched on the edge of a very steep incline. There were lots of stairs up and down and we were a bit worried that the little ones might not be safe on the outside patio or near an open window all of which were low and did not have screens.
It has been our policy for years to notify potential and future guests of the issues concerning decks, heights and visiting children. Messages concerning these risks are contained in email messages to all inquiries, rental confirmation emails, in a FAQ on our associated website russboworld.com, and in a pdf document sent to all upcoming guests in our welcome package.
Screens in windows do not prevent little ones from tumbling out, which is one reason why we don't have them. Their false sense of security can be misleading with tragic consequences. Best to keep the windows latched and secured in a semi-open position, and as recommended in our multiple communications, supervise the little ones. It is, after all, a three story structure.
Great relaxing house. Multiple levels and plenty of room if you have 8-10 people. Jacuzzi jets need to be fixed but great spot for relaxing. Stayed at many houses and condos in BH and would definitely do this house again.
