This was the first time staing in this proporty. My family has had seveal ocations to stay in the Giant Steps building on other trips. The location was roomy and well furnished.
The kitchen, bathrooms and bedding were clean. We were disappointed that there is no hot tub or pool available in the building as we had thought. Those are only for owners not guests. The other building had a communal one but it was closed while we were there. We chose this place to enjoy the after ski hot tub with another group we were meeting up with who rented elsewhere. The vrbo listing says 12 beds but what they don’t say is you are charged for each extra person after 6 people! So we had to pay for the 7th. Not ski in and out, its a good walk to the lifts and is much more likely you’ll take the car with a group. Overall, I’d recommend it for cleanliness and for a family of older teens. It’s also a lot of stairs for little kids to come up and down. I think that they need a better description in the listing. Its a comfortable fit for 6-8 adults. None of the tvs worked either. So no hot tub and no tv. We also had issues with the lock on the door and couldn’t lock it properly. There was no written instructions or folder in the rental, we wished that they had much more information so we didn’t have to ask the rental agency questions. Overall, we felt like they could have been more upfront about the details. We drove 9 hours to find out we were going to have a different weekend than planned for the people who didn’t ski and stayed inside with no tv or hot tub in the evenings. The skiing was amazing so that made the weekend awesome!
