Studio in the country w/Hot Tub

About this space
Situated a 1/4 mile off the road, our quiet studio will give you an opportunity to relax and enjoy nature or get ready for your next adventure.
The space
Located on 40 private acres half way between Burlington and Middlebury and a decent drive to several ski areas, our home gives you access to several activities from the Burlington night life to a day at the mountain. Come home and wind down in the hot tub for sunset and regroup
for your next adventure or build a campfire and relax.
Guest access
Guests have access to the hot tub with a great view of the stars on a clear night. We also have a lean to with chairs and a campfire pit.
Other things to note
The studio is attached to the main house with a separate entrance. The house is occupied, but tenants travel frequently. There is a orange cat (Marvin) who roams freely. Please do not let him in or feed him. If you have your furry friend with you, please keep them on leash.

Window Air conditioners are available only in the months of May through September.
