This clean and cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is lcated just 7 miles from fort Jackson, and close to downtow columbia andall it has to offer, as well as being just a short 15 minute drive to Williams Brice Stadium to watch a Gamecocks home game. There is a screened in back porch area with table and chairs , and off street parking for 2 cars as well as washer and dryer on property for your convenience. Whether you're looking for an enjoyable family getaway or a relaxing solo retreat, this awesome property has everything you need for a memorable stay. We loved the comfortable beds and bedding. We slept well. It was quiet yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room in the living room for us all. We appreciated the Dining room seating since we like to play card and board games together. It wasn't warm enough to use the screened in porch, but definitely would have used it if it was warm.We would have liked to have cleaned up the floors after eating but there was nothing available to do that, so we did the best we could.The kids were able to play their video games on the tv in their bedroom, while the adults watched a movie in the living room.Can't say enough good about it. We felt a little spoiled.

The listing was great and the house was inviting. There was a stopped up sink that I reached out to the property managers with no response. We were able to get the water drained with Drano however it was an inconvenience when trying to cook and clean the kitchn.
