Casa del Mar is more than a villa—it’s a private perch above the Sea of Cortez, tucked inside the gated community of Cabo Vinorama, perfectly positioned halfway between San José del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo. Elevated, open, and immersed in nature, it offers a rare sense of space, calm, and perspective.
Here, modern comforts—air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs—blend seamlessly with a setting where desert meets sea and the pace of life slows to the rhythm of the waves. The beach is a five-minute walk, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and accessing nearby surf and kite spots along the East Cape.
Casa del Mar is best enjoyed over several days, allowing everyone time to settle in, relax together, and fully experience the rhythm, views, and shared moments this setting was designed for.
Wake with the sunrise and wander down to the shoreline. Snorkel in clear shallows, paddle out at local breaks such as La Poza or Punta Perfecta, or linger by the infinity pool and yoga deck as the sea stretches endlessly before you. Venture out to explore the protected reefs of Cabo Pulmo or enjoy the relaxed restaurants and beaches of La Fortuna.
The Villa
Casa del Mar is reserved exclusively for your group and consists of four independent lofts, accommodating up to 8 adults plus children, with approximately 2,900 sq ft (270 m²) of indoor living space, along with multiple terraces, gardens, and shared outdoor areas.
Grand Horizon Loft – 1,400 sq ft (Upper Level)
The heart of the villa and primary gathering space, featuring:
A fully equipped kitchen with large island and dining/work table
A spacious living room with panoramic ocean views and large smart TV
A king bedroom with en-suite bath and dressing area
Two private terraces for sunrise coffee or evening stargazing
Direct access to the yoga deck, infinity pool, and outdoor dining areas
