Two bedroom, two bathroom, brand new and contemporary furnished house with breathtaking sea views across Bolberry Down. We are dog friendly (one well behaved dog) and are situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty with direct access to the South West coastal path. The house has views across Bolberry Down to the sea and Burgh Island. This is a perfect area for walking the coast and exploring the South Hams area of Devon.

Lovely property in a quiet beautiful area

The property was well equipped and nicely decorated with views out to the sea. It felt like a real home from home during our stay and we looked forward to getting back every evening. We enjoyed all the lovely walks on the doorstop and visiting the many nearby beaches. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed break in the beautiful Devon countryside.

So this property really is a home from home. This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully we will return again. The comfort and facilities this property offers is great. Comfy beds and furnishings, clean and well equipped. The location is incredible-miles of walks, beaches and countryside outside the door. It’s been a privilege to stay here twice.

Devon heaven!

Firstly the location is stunning. Views from all windows and a coastal walk on your doorstep. The house itself is a home from home. Comfortable, warm and spacious. The bathrooms are fantastic, underfloor heating downstairs was luxurious and all other facilities (tv/WiFi / cooking) were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather-in fact it was nice to be cosy inside playing a game while the weather was quite dramatic outside! We would definitely return.

Lovely welcoming property with great outlook and fantastic views. Various walks right from the door with a fabulous restaurant on-site. Whilst we couldn’t get a reservation (which seemed to be an issue at all places around due to covid impact on availability of staff) the staff were really helpful and takeaway service was ideal.

Top quality and wow views

Stayed for a long Easter weekend for rest, walks and given the cold wind - warmth! The property is very nicely laid out and has all that we needed and top quality. Close to some great coast path walks and some phenomenal views. Two small dogs thoroughly enjoyed themeselves too.
