魅力的な19世紀の労働者のコテージで、4つのベッドルーム[すべてダブルベッド]と3つのバスルーム[2つのバスルームと1つの共有]、新しく改装された[2018]、多くのスタイリッシュなデザイン、すべてのmodの短所。チャームに追加する多くのオリジナル機能が保持されています。 2台分の専用駐車場があります[注-2台目の車両スペースは2020年1月から利用可能です。理想的には町の中心部に簡単に散歩の中に配置されます。インテリアは、快適な生活体験を提供する素敵なデザイン機能を備えたレイアウトです。また、屋外での機会のために石で囲まれた庭もあります。

この施設では、車椅子でアクセスできる幅[60cm]があり、1階のリビングと庭の寝室に専用シャワールームがあります。アクセスを容易にするために、すべてのしきい値が最小化されています。 [ただし、アクセスと使用が完全に無効になっているとは言えません]。不明点については、当社までご確認ください。

この物件は130年以上前のもので、19世紀後半に20ポンドで労働者向けに建設されました。私たちは、コテージの雰囲気を維持するために多くのオリジナルの要素を保持しながら、愛情を込めて改装し、現代の生活と豪華な快適さのすべての要件を提供するためにプロパティを改装し、拡張しました。オリジナルの石造りの壁、元の床板、元の階段があります。階段は狭く、現代の基準では比較的急ですが、注意して簡単にアクセスできます。

Great location

Sarah the property manager was excellent , fabulous communication and any issues were sorted straight away would highly recommend! The property is lovey and very well equipped , great location right near island street and off street parking is a huge benefit. Would definitely stay again .

Lovely spot in the heart of Salcombe

Really lovely home with great off street parking for two cars (we easily fitted two mid sized SUVs on the drive).Situated minutes from the centre of Salcombe and the coop is less than 4 mins walk. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately some cleanliness issues on arrival. This was dealt with very promptly but should never have happened. Beautiful house and courtyard, all very spacious and well decorated. Annex was disappointingly cramped. Beds very comfortable and good bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped.

Excellent Christmas Stay

Lovely, clean cottage in a very picturesque area. We stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time. The cottage was clean throughout and very comfortable to stay in. There was ample parking available. Tim and Sarah were extremely helpful with anything that was needed and ensured our stay was a pleasant one. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous holiday cottage

Everything was perfect. Fantastic location, very comfortable, great beds, everything you need for a terrific stay. Bonus is the parking which is very poor in Salcombe. Very clean and great communication with Sarah the housekeeper. Highly recommend

Beautiful cottage

An excellent place to stay in Salcombe with convenient parking for 2 vehicles and within walking distance of everything. The cottage was well equipped and we had a lovely time for our new year stay.

Amazing property in great location

We had a fab time here over New Year with friends. The property is beautifully restored and very well equipped. It is just a short walk to central Salcombe and the very big bonus is parking for 2 cars as parking in Salcombe is really hard to find at this time of year.

Wonderful cottage

We stayed for a family wedding in Salcombe, the cottage was perfect for our 3 generation family. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped and in a peaceful location but still within a few minutes walk of the high street with its lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was excellent, parking was a great bonus.

A perfect stay..... for Salcombe

If you want to be in the heart of the action, yet quiet with great outdoor space and private parking.... this is the cottage for you. It is decorated to a high standard, lots of space and the hosts and housekeeper go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. A wonderful holiday, great location ......can't wait to come back :-)

Lovely stay

Lovely property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is beautifully decorated and we all went home wanted to completely redecorate our houses! Great location and super comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and the communication was great. We loved our stay and had a great time. Would be brilliant if they could look at getting WiFi coverage in the garden annexe room.

We (Tim and Emma) are putting our family home up for holiday lets. We live in France since 2021, having lived in Dubai for over 25 years , but have had our second home in Salcombe since 2007. Salcombe is where my wife's family live and so is somewhere we will continue to visit, in addition to the fact it is in a beautiful part of the world. The house was gutted and stripped back allowing us to create a very personal special, albeit compact, family home for our holidays in the UK. We are not letting the home as a business but more of a sustainable need given it is a second home used once a year. We have put a lot of love, care and thought into the design of the interior and outdoor spaces, and we hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Our Cottage has been beautifully renovated and we are sure you will enjoy staying there.
