Great cabin in the woods. Very peaceful. Walked the neighborhood in the morning with just myself and the deer. Excellent communication with host. I would stay again
We had the pleasure of staying here last weekend and it was just as advertised. The home was very well stocked and very clean. The area is great as well and was pretty quiet most of the weekend. We will definitely be staying here again!
Everything went as expected and as advertised. Homeowner Joseph is very responsive as well as helpful with any information that you may need. Overall, a great stay for my family of 7 adults and a small dog. The only note is that you may want to bring a few extra towels just in case.

Thank you. We have added extra towels under each sink.
The place is nicely located, Joseph is reachable anytime. Easy instruction to check in and out. Would love some more blankets for the winter, but other than that, everything else is great. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place fit for a family.
We had an amazing time at this property with its amazing location. This area of Utah is such an adventure with so many things to see and 80% of them were seen from driving our side by side out from the house! Restaurants and a general store are very close by. Lots of wildlife for the kids to view. Great deck to watch the passing thunder storms. Only gripe is the king bed is two twins put together.
This was our second year staying in this cabin and my family really loves it. If we needed anything Joe was just a text away and always super helpful. Already booked our next trip.
It was my wife and I and our 4 teenage boys (18,17,17,13). We had a great time, everyone loved the coffee and hot chocolate bar. Nice fire pit and plenty of wood to make a fire. Clean cabin with a fun location.
I’m sorry to hear that . I wish you would have mentioned that immediately to me during your stay I emailed you like every guest several times to make sure Everything was ok. Unfortunately, you never responded. I would have have addressed it. Unless the issues had nothing to do with the cabin rental which I hope is the case.. I make it very clear in the check in instructions to contact me IMMEDIATELY. At this point all I can do is apologize. Kindly tell me your issues so another guest will be spared the inconvenience. Thank you
My family and I have stayed here multiple times and we will again! Joe the host is reachable at any time with any concerns (we had none this last trip) Be sure to bring a lighter for the fire and condiments with your groceries as there aren’t any (there were previous years). Thanks for the memories!

Awesome. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying at our cabin. I also received your message about how you meant to leave 5 stars but only clicked 4. No worries. Your reviews says it all. Thanks and hope to see you again in duck creek.
The House was just as described. Weather is much cooler than Brice, Cedar Creek, or Kanab but all within driving distance. True Value is also grocery and bait/tackle store.
We had a great weekend in this cozy cabin. Loved the layout everything was clean and nice. You may want to bring your own trash bags we could only find 2 extras. The sinking table fits 8 people, perfect for game night.
He really enjoyed our stay. It was very cute and quaint. The location was perfect. My kids really enjoyed the swingset. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but maybe next time the deer feeder was a real hit with them. It was really nice waking up seeing them every morning. The only two downsides were the downstairs TV was not working and it was a little warm upstairs, but I let the owner know about these issues and he was very quick to fix them in the near future. We hope to stay there again sometime.
When we arrived, it was snowing and the snowbanks were more than 12 feet high. Road signs and house numbers were difficult to see. We had to call Joesph just to find the place! He was great, helping us out and kept the driveway plowed out. We were unable to use the outdoor area as the snow had buried everything (could only see the top bar on the swing set) We were not expecting it and were super happy that we had four wheel drive. We saw a lot of people stuck in the road snow. It was quite the experience!
I have nothing to say about the actually property, since we never made it thru the door. There was at least 6 ft of snow, which would have been fine for my 4x4 Ram 1500. However there was a fresh 6 inches that came down since they plowed that morning and we got stuck on the main road to the cabin. We were not even the only ones that got stuck, a local got stuck on the main road getting to his cabin. We called the owner and he asked me 3 tines what kind of vehicle I had and said the cleaners had no issue at 11. Our check in was at 4 and it has snowed again. He asked to send pictures and then never heard back from him. My suggestion don't stay here for spring break.

Guest got stuck in the snow at the end of the plowed horse shoe driveway. 4x4 and chains are advised. They could have easily walked 35feet into the cabin and shoveled their way into the driveway later. I can’t control the snow fall it’s winter in Utah at 8,000 ft altitude the cabin has been booked all season . I requested a photo of the driveway they said was full of snow but they never sent. I called and texted twice. Especially since the plow was just there prior to their arrival. And the cleaners were in and out an hour before. Snow fall can be challenging know your capabilities and where your traveling too. It’s a winter wonderland.
We had an fantastic stay! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a very much needed relaxing vacation. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to cook meals just like at home! Communication with Stephen was great and he provided very detailed information for a smooth experience. Check-in was super easy, which is appreciated after a long drive. We will definitely be back!!
Cozy cabin,
we are running a little bit late, and follow the GPS coordinates which took us to the cabin.. There are two ways to get there I recommend taking a right and going past the church do not take a left after you passed the true value hardware store unless the roads are absolutely ice free. We made a left-hand turn got about 250 feet up the mountain. The tires lost traction and we started to slide backwards at night. Thank God I was able to maneuver the van into a snowbank and slide the van into a forward position. Thank God we made it back down the mountain safely. everything was closed at 6 PM so we could not buy chains. We had to drive back down to Cedar Creek rent a hotel room. Woke up in the morning purchase chains. I highly recommend you bring chains with you or you may not be able to get to the cabin. we paid for the cabin for Thursday night even though we couldn’t get to it until Friday morning. Once arrived. We had to shovel a path from the driveway to the front door in order to carry the goods up. Back porch was completely snowed in so I shoveled that out as well. The cabin was cozy and clean. The host was amazing and responded to every one of my questions immediately. I would definitely go back there again only this time make sure that I’m Better prepared. Make sure you bring all your food items needed since everything there closes at 6 PM. Like I said the host was amazing. The cabin was cozy and clean and we look forward to returning in the future
The property was everything it was advertised as. Clean. Well kept. A lot of small touches my wife loved. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
We absolutely love this home. Very clean and cozy! We had our two pups with us and their favorite part was laying out on the porch enjoying the fresh air before or after exploring the trails. It was nice to have the gate on the porch too so we didn’t stress over them running after deer etc. The whole place was such a favorite of ours and we will definitely be returning on our next trip!
