This property was extremely clean and well-maintained. It's updated and fully functional. We were comfortable with 3 adults in it. It was pet-friendly with a small yard to take th dog out for a quick walk.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Room was great. But inviting animals to stay and nobody picking up poop really leaves backyard unusable.
We had a great time at this place. Bed was comfortable and the couch converted to a bed and was comfortable too. Backyard was perfect, exactly what we needed for our dog.Area was quiet and didn’t hear much from our upstairs neighbor. Would definitely come back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This was an absolutely unacceptable stay, and we ultimately forfeited TWO FULLY PAID NIGHTS just to get out and end what had become a miserable experience. We knew the unit was a basement before booking, so that was never the issue. The issue was the lack of honesty and forthrightness about the property’s serious shortcomings. Important limitations were either poorly explained, minimized, or simply not presented in a way that reflected the actual experience.Parking was a major problem. The instructions were vague and inadequate, and we ended up parking approximately a quarter mile away. Every time we wanted to use our vehicle for errands, meals, or sightseeing, it became a needless hassle. This significantly affected our ability to enjoy Philadelphia and should have been disclosed clearly before booking. Had we understood the actual parking situation, we would not have chosen this property. The advertised “sleeper sofa” was not what we would consider a legitimate sleeper sofa and did not match the expectation created by the listing. Cleanliness was also questionable throughout the unit. The overall condition was poor enough that it even made us wonder whether the extra blankets provided are routinely cleaned between guests. We cannot prove whether they are or are not, but the condition of the property gave us absolutely no confidence. The listing also promoted a fenced backyard. Anyone reading that description might reasonably picture a usable, reasonably maintained outd
