This was an excellent property for a large family/party. There were 9 of us and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The bedrooms were big. The only downside was the one that had the bunk beds in it- there was no ceiling fan nor floor fan. All the other bedrooms had one or the other. So we had to buy one. We’re used to sleeping with fan noise and better air circulation. There wasn’t a TV in the master bedroom on the main floor. Which was kind of weird and a negative for the people that stayed in that room. The kitchen was big and easy to cook for several people. The pantry was stocked with kitchen appliances and pots and pans. I’ve been to several other rentals that lacked large pots and frying pans, so I had packed my own. First time I didn’t have to use them. A lot of the coffee mugs and plates had debris on them, but that’s probably due to the last renters, and not the cleaning staff. Also, we discovered the Keurig didn’t work and we all had brought K-cups. After contacting Ryan, he had it replaced the next day. Location was ideal. Fifteen minutes to downtown Breckenridge. Twenty to Keystone and 45 minutes to Vail. Weather was unusually bipolar- freezing and snowing on Monday; but 70 by Thursday. This place in the summer would be great as well. Lots of hiking and biking trails near by. We were quite pleased with everything! I would definitely recommend this house for families or larger groups!
