Great Place

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here a total of 8 days; with my son his family and my mother-in-law- We had plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views from the front deck and a very relaxing back deck with a hot tub. My grandson love the play set up behind the house. Was surprised how quiet it was with the highway behind us and the road out front. The only down fall - I am STILL waiting on my security deposit - It has been over 30 days since we left, and we have never had this kind of problem before. Have emailed twice with no response. This will depend on if we stay with Summit Mountain properties again.

Beautiful!!

  • 5 of 5

This home was stunning! Beautiful, rustic design with an open layout. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to everything in town, but still private, quiet, large and cozy. It was spotless and everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Summit Mountain Properties was great throughout the whole experience. It's not a question of if, but when we will be back.

Absolutely beautiful home, conveniently located to a ton of activities

  • 5 of 5

Lake Dillon in the summer is pretty unbeatable for fun stuff to do. This house makes a lovely and convenient home-base from which to hike, bike, boat, ATV, BBQ, and any other thing you can think of. If you're looking to keep up with your gym schedule, the Elevation Gym off of nearby Main street was clean, convenient and offered day passes for us. We kept the blinds closed and the dutch door half open until about 3pm and found that the house stayed quite cool and comfortable during the day. Plenty of seating indoors and out for our family. My teenage son appreciated the downstairs bedroom with an en suite bathroom (basically a second master suite) that also had its own deck. The house is well equipped with dishes, spices and cooking utensils for at least 10 people, and also has a grill which was nice to avoid heating up the kitchen. We loved it!

Delightful bright home with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

This home is as advertised with incredible views from the master bedroom, living room and dining room. The front porch/deck area runs across the front of the house and is equipped with dining area and Adirondack chairs for enjoying the vista of lake (which was snow covered) and snow topped peaks. The beds were comfortable, the seating space in the living room adequate for our group of 5. Large tv in family room and smaller one in master. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, and dishes, glassware ect. One small comment is that they need better/ sharper knives and enhanced lighting in the kitchen. The house backs up to the roadway to Keystone but noise did not seem to be a factor during our mid March stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay in the winter months for skiing. We have enjoyed the greater Silverthorne area for several years. There are plenty of winter activities in addition to skiing; snowshoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, and of course the Silverthore rec center with olympic sized pool and numerous ways to exercise. Rating 4-5 based on previous VBRO rentals. Would recommend this to others.
