We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house very much. There were a lot of nice amenities as well. We had a little trouble locating the key box since it was in the back of the house.

Lovely little home, well appointed and comfortable. We needed a home base for a work crew for a few days, and this was a perfect place to be. Enjoyed the park nearby, and do take the walk to the lighthouse at the end.

Amazing beautiful property in a rustic urban environment. Perfect check in, super comfortable, TVs in every room… essentially a new house. Close to the water and amphitheater. If you’re used to city life we’d recommend it, because we are!

The twin bedroom is inside another bedroom and it has no door. No much privacy between this to rooms. There were no baking pans or baking dishes to use the oven. Nice walk to beach. Beds were comfortable and the living room fit us nicely.

The biggest problem was the lack of microwave. Don’t list that you have an amenity (that could be found in even the cheapest hotels) & not have one on the property. It was especially inconvenient given that we stayed there for a food-centered holiday.Further, I did not like that most of your window coverings did not reach all the way to the bottom. Especially problematic in rooms that imply privacy—our bedroom & the upstairs bathroom!

We had a fantastic stay at Charming Home in Seaside! The location was perfect to both Fairfield and Lordship where our family events took place. We found the house very clean, and beautifully decorated! We all felt the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchens updated. We had no problem with parking. It was very easy to get to and get onto 95! It was perfect and we were all happy with the 2 night stay. We also appreciated it was pet friendly! Thank you so much!
