NO illegal drugs. Zero tolerance towards marijuana.
-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

4) FREE Washer & Dryer inside the unit. Please bring your own detergent.
5) PARKING: Street parking only. Please DO NOT block any driveways. Follow all street parking signs from the City of Houston.
6) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
