Fully furnished with WiFi and a 50" Roku Smart TV. The unit features AC and heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and an office desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, and cooking spices. Complimentary coffee and water are provided.

3) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

The house was great! It was very spacious with lots of room for our family. The location was in a nice spot with friendly neighbors and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Houston.

Spacious and clean. Very comfortable except for entrance with a/c exhaust blowing on you as you unlock the door. Entrance does not smell good. Everything past the entrance is good. Owner is responsive.
