Pool and spa heating are available upon request as optional add-ons and are not included in the standard nightly rate. Pet fees and approved gatherings are optional and may incur additional charges.

The home, pool, and hot tub is beautiful. It is equipped with a water filtration system for water consumption. There are floats, pool toys, and games for the kids. The laundry room has a broom, mop, and wonderful W/D. The hostess was very responsive to issues and needs. We were notified of an additional daily fee for the use of the hot tub one day prior to arrival and although surprised and disappointed at the additional cost, we opted to pay since we were looking forward to using it as advertised by VRBO.
