It is unfortunate that you were never able to turn the temperature up on the Swim Hot Tub as she was provided step by step instructions and a short video to do so. Furthermore, This guest did not follow the house rules by either smoking, something other than cigarettes, inside or right near the home entry points. The house rules says no smoking of any kind in the home and within 20 feet of the home. This was likely an operator issue that occured.

This review stems from a reservation that ended with law enforcement intervention after serious violations of our rental agreement were discovered at the property. The reservation also involved unpaid balances and booking irregularities that required extensive assistance from VRBO. We immediately reported the incident, provided supporting documentation, and requested removal of this review. That request is currently under escalation and review. We remain committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming home for respectful guests. Our long history of positive reviews reflects the experience that the vast majority of our guests enjoy.
