The largest bedroom can also be enclosed as a private suite, with a separate entrance from the backyard. The home is perfect for 2-4 students, traveling nurses or contract workers looking for comfortable and central housing.

Situated in the Mid-Wilshire area, with a prime location to downtown LA, Beverly Hills and five minutes to Hancock Park.
Move in ready fully furnished single family duplex home.
Located in beautiful, residential neighbourhood. Gated private backyard, exterior camera surveillance, including all utilities, and bi-monthly house cleaning service included.

*Landlord lives in the upper floor of the home, 50% of the time. This is very beneficial if you need assistance as he can be onsite to support the comfort of your stay. The floors are completely private and separate.

NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE. The cops will be called if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called there will be a $750 fine.
NO SMOKING of any kind. If the unit smells like smoke there will be $750 charge for deodorizing the home. NO PETS OF ANY KIND- Owner Highly Allergic
