We had a wonderful stay at the blue octopus it was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated pool It was so warm even on cool days we could swim. Also the close proximity to the beach was nice, and the golf cart was a great addition to our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Having two houses was perfect for our group, and the pool was amazing, especially for the kids. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, and there were plenty of beach towels provided, which was a nice bonus.A couple of things to keep in mind: watch your step coming out of the bedrooms because of the small steps, and the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

This home had so much room, the bunk bed rooms worked out perfectly for our group. 6 bathrooms in the house/carriage home. Beds were comfortable. It’s a straight shot quick walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the front of the house. Perfect area and great stay. Host was very quick to reply with easy communication about the property access/check out. They left plenty of tanks for the grill. The washer/dryers were very helpful with a big crowd. And I loved the Check out, they didn’t have you do all kinds of crazy stuff to leave and if you didn’t get something done no big deal. I did sweep floors, laundry, and left everything exactly the way it was when we arrived so less for them to do with it being so big.

We loved our stay in Destin. The house was in an excellent location. It is within a few blocks of the beautiful ocean, shopping and restaurants. Having a golf cart was a plus. The house was very clean. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. The only disappointment was that the home was very poorly stocked. I have stayed at many VRBOs and have never had to supply so much as a guest. We had to buy salt, pepper, dishwasher and dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect set up for 16 of us! It was a short walk to the beach, but the kids liked getting rides on the golf cart! It had just the right number of bedrooms! Lots of outdoor seating around the pool, and for eating outdoors. We all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. And Larry and I were able to enjoy having all our family together in one place for a whole week!
