We had such a fun girls’ weekend here! The pool and backyard were our favorite spots to relax and hang out. The location was great too—very convenient and an easy walk into town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice well kept place .with good amenities. The only thing we needed was garbage bag but we use are shopping bag and made it work

This place was a paradise. This charming little bungalow was tucked in the historical downtown area of Lake Worth, but it had plenty of space to relax. We were able to enjoy the sunshine by the pool during the day and it was a such a joy to take a dip in the hot tub at night (although the pool was heated too!). Downside was the kitchen was a little small, but it had most of the staples (pots/pans/plates) to cook a meal at home; however, the true joy I found was being able to grill each night. The propane grill was brand new and when I asked the host about a brush to clean it, they were very helpful in dropping one off. Also, some of the TVs in the bedrooms were not working, which was a bummer for those late-night insomniacs. Overall, this house was AMAZING, and I would love to stay here again some time.

Pool clean. Hot tub dirty. Inside cottage clean no bugs. Garbage cans full. No place to put trash. Had to keep it in the house so no creatures would get at it. Guest manager doesn’t return calls. All bedrooms had TVs. None worked. I read reviews they weren’t working in January. And still not working in March. No dishwasher as stated on line. The pictures on line of the cottage did not look like what we rented. The same goes for the smaller cottage out back. To say the least we were a little disappointed. Bottom line, the owner has to clean the place up. There needs to be a binder on how to work things. (Heat for hot tub. TVs. Etc.). We found out you can get a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the beach. 1.00. Each way. Again a binder would have been nice for the are and beach.

First the good: the host let us check in early which really helped. The backyard is very nice, the pool was heated and fun to have the hottub. The main house is cute, although the set up and furniture are very different than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Now the bad: I had questions re what was in the house so I could bring some stuff with me. I never got a response till the day of check in, after we had already travelled there. The cottage smelled very strong of a mixture of mold and chemicals. It burned our noses. We were told that it was fresh paint smell. It was not. Then we discovered the sink was leaking, and the floor was continuously wet. The repair guy was supposed to come on Saturday but did not show up till Monday. When he came, he told us that one whole portion of wall was rotted out. This is likely what we were smelling. Mold. Rotting wood. NOT GOOD. My kids had been sleeping out there the previous 3 nights, as we needed the bed, and were not aware they were inhaling possible mold the entire time. We moved them inside the last night and could not use the cottage. I emailed the owner and three weeks later have gotten no response. We also accidentally left two items at the house and asked if we could get them and he has not responded to that either.Because of the fact that part of the house is unfit and unhealthy to stay in, and because of Gus’ lack of communication or even acknowledging what happened, I cannot recommend this rental.

This stay was great! The heated pool was a major plus with little kids. The beds were comfortable. And the spot had everything you needed for basic cooking. As well as a great little grill. It wasn’t super clear to us in the listing, but there are two separate houses on the property. One with 3 BRs and a bathroom, and a small poolside cottage with another room and bathroom and small kitchen. It would be perfect for a split family! Great outdoor space for meals and relaxing. The host was very accommodating as well! We didn’t end up walking much but it was definitely within walking distance of the little downtown and could walk to the beach if you wanted to, would just be a little jaunt. Great stay overall!
