- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.

- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Great Location, great house!

House was as described. There were issues with the downstairs AC not being as cool as the upstairs but we had enough space to all move upstairs so we never even bothered to report it until we were leaving. Loved this house.

Wonderful area, great house

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and I would definitely recommend it to my other friends and family. However, there are some things I would recommend.... Fix and put a handle on the rear patio sliding door, was very difficult to open.... I would suggest there be a can opener and a scissors in the kitchen..... Also, I'm not sure if the lights and fans are on a timer, they keep coming on and off all night.....

Home very nice and worked well for our family of 7. Just be aware that other than 1 roll of Tp in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels you must bring EVERYTHING else. Not a real problem, just be aware of it. Only REAL issue was negotiating down the streets with MANY cars parked on the street on both sides, even though the ‘rules’ say no on street parking.

The house is very spacious, but there is catch on certain things plus bed sheets felt dirty.

If you want to use the grill, there is an extra $50 charge on top of the cleaning charge that is we paid when renting the house. The bed sheets had stains on top and it felt dirty, and full of some type of perfume to make the bed smell "fresh". One of the master bathrooms was missing the glass door for the shower. On arrival day we noticed a fire detector hanging from the wire after the house was clean and (prepared) for us to arrive. Not everyting was bad tho, we enjoyed the pool, the house is very spacious.

Good vacation

The property and community clubhouse pools and amenities were nice. We had plenty of room in the house for 8 adults and 2 kids, beds were comfotable, dining and relaxing areas were spacious and the house met our expectations for a group of 10. Communication with the property manager was always easy and responses were prompt. We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past and our primary disappointment with this house was the kitchen. If you plan to cook meals, check out what they have before you go to the store as there were limited kitchen pots/pans, utensils and no tupperware/containers for leftovers (other than what we purchased and left). There were no pads/oven mits and only one kitchen towel. We felt like this is a newer house and just hasn't accumulated these extra items from the renters or the owner yet. The pool and patio @ the house was very nice but you will need to bring or buy pool toys if you want any. The clubhouse pool also has many additional choices including a lazy river, slide, kids splash area and larger pool with a tiki bar.

a little more info....

pee before you head home from the Theme Parks, it will take 30-40 min to get in the neighborhood from any direction once you get off of 4, 27 or 2.

My family booked this property in amazing Championsgate for a brief stay in April 2022. The property was extremely clean, veru comfortable, and in a like-new condition. The amazing part of this stay was the customer service though....we have stayed in numerous VRBO properties, and this owner and property manager were prompt on every need. I *HIGHLY* recommend this property to anyone bringing family and friends to Oraldno for a vacation.

Nice home, however one major concern was that we could not secure the home when we went out. The sliding door to the pool area will not lock and the screen door to the pool could not be secured. Everyday ware was lacking, but one phone call to Masters and someone delivered a 8 place setting within hours

We enjoyed our stay....

We stayed at this relaxing home for 1 week. We booked at the last minute (literally the day before) and the booking process was smooth and fast. The house itself upon arrival was very clean. There was also a small Welcome Bag left for us. My only complaint at arrival was the outside pool area was not clean and the garbage was not emptied by the screen door. I would like to point out that the team was very efficient and the few minor issues we had were handled/ resolved in a rapid manner. Communication between myself and the management team was constant and effective. The home was inviting, relaxing and we felt right at home. A suggestion I would like to make is that they can put some kitchen towels ( pot holders). We had to keep using hand towels to compensate. Lastly, they were very accommodating. I had ordered a few items and had issues with delivery dates after I checked out but they helped to resolve the problem! We would definitely stay here again!

Florida vacation!

Place was nice although for what we paid I thought it would be a little bit nicer ! Place was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly equipped! It said it would accommodate 16 people but had only 3 spoons to eat with . Cooking dishes are junk ! Had to go buy stuff to cook with . House is large and nice but can tell the homeowner is letting it go down hill or the people who take care of it .I have stayed at much nicer places for the money!

We really enjoyed our experience at this location. We do wish that they had given us a 24 hour heads up to have someone go and actually heat the pool before we arrived but everything still worked out very well.

Hi. The place was clean and beautiful. I might suggest a whole new full set of pots and pans and baking pans. They were all unusable and the Teflon was flaking off. I had to buy a new pan just to cook. New pillows would be great and the fan in the master was not working- just maintenance things. But overall - very nice place. I would stay there again.
