Thank you, Diane! We're thrilled to hear you loved the place and its location. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another wonderful stay!
This is a very nice apartment in a very nice residential area that feels very safe. Beautiful old growth leafy trees and well kept homes and apartments make this a nice area to visit or walk in and it feels very safe. The unit is in a secure building with abundant free street parking. The unit is very convenient and comfortable- beautiful high ceilings and is clean with multiple televisions, abundant plug ins and is well appointed. The “extras” make it stand out. Snacks, coffee, drinks and condiments in the kitchen and that the home was left lit for my late night arrival made it feel very safe and welcoming- it’s sometimes disconcerting to check into a dark home but this was great. Great host communications. Will try to stay here again.

Thank you, Julie! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay and felt at home in our apartment. Your kind words about the area and our amenities mean a lot. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another wonderful visit!
I was sorry to leave this cheerful, charming apartment. The parking situation is excellent and the location is great - so close to Midwood and to Uptown and very walkable to restaurants. The apartment itself reminded us of old NYC, with real hardwood floors and high ceilings and a spread out layout. We especially loved the dining room and porch. The bed was extremely large and comfortable and we slept very well. I'm light sensitive so I greatly appreciated the blackout curtains everywhere and enjoyed all the window greenery during the day. It is so quiet for an urban neighborhood. The supplies were more than ample - extra linens, cleaning, kitchen implements, pots and dishes and even a snack basket. All appliances and TVs worked well. There's enviable closet space and a good dresser. The kitchen isn't sleek and modern but is very functional even for serious cooking. As for communication it was amazing. Messages were answered immediately at all hours ( my late night questions before we arrived). We took a joy ride on the gold line trolley which is free and right there - a nice bonus and a good way to see some parts of Charlotte. I recommend Haraz Coffee around the corner on Central Ave. I'd be more than glad to stay here again.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad that you enjoyed the 'old NCY' charm of the apartment. It's wonderful to hear that the blackout curtains and quiet atmosphere helped you get such a great night's rest. We also appreciate you mentioning the Gold Line trolley and the recommendation for Haraz Coffee- both are such gems in the neighborhood. I'm especially happy that the late night communication helped put you at ease before your arrival. You were a fantastic guest and we would be more that glad to welcome you back anytime!
Although it is an older property, it is well kept. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect place to stay!
Really enjoyed the owners hospitality from little touches like wine, spaghetti and sauce, seasonings, coffee, paper towels, I could keep going! The apartment is very quiet from any street noise and bed was super comfy. Loved the front porch in the evenings watching everyone walking their dogs!

First class service from the owners. Nice personal touch from welcoming food/beverages to frequent check-in on how things were. Would highly recommend!!
Loved the location, so many great restaurants, breweries and coffee close by. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and gardens. The birds and traffic were a bit noisy, but we slept very comfortably. Management was very responsive when we needed something.
