We loved the vintage aesthetics of the house and it served all of our needs for our stay. It was in an ideal location—close to Uptown and Dilworth. Check in was easy as well as the communication with Doug. The apartment was cozy and simple and had so much space. We walked to amazing restaurants and coffee shops, as well as shopping. And the welcome basket was so sweet! Thank you for a great stay.

This is a very nice apartment in a very nice residential area that feels very safe. Beautiful old growth leafy trees and well kept homes and apartments make this a nice area to visit or walk in and it feels very safe. The unit is in a secure building with abundant free street parking. The unit is very convenient and comfortable- beautiful high ceilings and is clean with multiple televisions, abundant plug ins and is well appointed. The “extras” make it stand out. Snacks, coffee, drinks and condiments in the kitchen and that the home was left lit for my late night arrival made it feel very safe and welcoming- it’s sometimes disconcerting to check into a dark home but this was great. Great host communications. Will try to stay here again.

Lovely Stay!

Really enjoyed the owners hospitality from little touches like wine, spaghetti and sauce, seasonings, coffee, paper towels, I could keep going! The apartment is very quiet from any street noise and bed was super comfy. Loved the front porch in the evenings watching everyone walking their dogs!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. This location is perfect for staying out of the center of the city, but close to things to do. Walking distance to restaurants and transportation. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen came complete with coffee maker, and our hosts even provided orange juice and English muffins for breakfast! The location is fantastic, with lots of nearby restaurants and parks, and easy access to attractions.

Great walkable location in Charlotte

Loved the location, so many great restaurants, breweries and coffee close by. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and gardens. The birds and traffic were a bit noisy, but we slept very comfortably. Management was very responsive when we needed something.

Amazing Host, Great Location, Cozy Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte and would reserve this property again. The hosts made us feel completely welcome with goodies and drinks upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked and the place was very clean. We spent a lot of time on the lovely front porch and walked to restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and accommodating. We loved staying in this vintage property with great Mid Century décor! Wonderful welcoming touches of snacks and groceries and super clean! Comfortable bed and bath. Beautiful neighborhood for walks and front porch for Happy Hour and people watching and everything you need close by!
