We requested second floor for our 21 year old and another gal she was rooming with. We were assigned first floor, dark entry to get back to it and no resolution. Then there was the mold - shoes, cabinets, flooring, couch and the roaches and the trash all over the property and the non-stop weed smokers and smell. They would not return any messages over 3 months and I finally had to resolve it through my credit card company which will hopefully nail them for the money. Unreal.
