After a fun-filled day at the beach, relax on the private wraparound balcony of your corner two-bedroom second-floor condo - one side offers ocean views. Unwind with a cold beverage in one of the rocking chairs, or enjoy an alfresco meal at the four-person table.

An open floor plan with cool tile floors and tranquil coastal decor creates a welcoming vibe inside. This property has been fully remodeled and features new furniture, decor, flooring, and paint, as well as brand-new beds. Pick up local seafood and craft a feast to remember in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the butcher block island for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the adjacent dining table with seating for six. After your meal, unwind in the open living area, furnished with a sectional and a 39” TV with a DVD player.

You’re just steps to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. You'll also enjoy access to luxurious amenities, including a sparkling pool. Play a game of shuffleboard or entertain in the event room with fantastic beach views. When dining out, you'll be able to walk to nearby restaurants or drive just 20 miles to St. Pete.

Loved that this is on the beach! Would give it a better score but the waiting is inaccurate. The "additional" parking across the street is for the public beach goers. It's not 24 hour and they lock the parking up after 9p. I tried getting a hold of someone regarding options for parking and they ended up sending me a link for parking lots in the area...the next 24hr lot was for boats only. If the listing said "no additional" parking I would have arranged a single vehicle but we had x2. I received no other help. Luckily ..if you get there on the weekend, the building's parking lot is empty and there wasn't any security...we just parked 2nd vehicle in the spot across from ours Also the parking lot provided is the worst on the property, recommend backing in. All in all we had a wonderful time and the apartment was very clean and comfy. Just the parking situation not matching the listing was frustrating as heck. Go to Sharky's and get their fried pickles.

We stayed at this location during our trip to Florida, and it was wonderful!Walk right up to the beach (don't even have to cross the street), with keyless entry - it was so convenient!Condo came with some beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella, which was super-helpful! We left a couple boogie boards since it seemed that kind of thing was a communal effort. For future travelers - beer/wine and ice cream shops are available within walking distance. Good restaurants within a short drive, and Clearwater is only 20-30 minutes away.

Nice place. Great location

This trip was a getaway for my husband's birthday. Just wanted a clean place, on the beach with restaurants and music nearby. This checked all the boxes. The listing was clear that this unit was not beachfront, but there was still a nice view from the side balcony. The pool was clean, the beach was great, and having assigned parking was nice. The elevator was a little bit of a wait (small, and people carrying lots) , but we mainly took the stairs and had no issues. Great spot

Troubled times

I want to start out saying that the condo itself was what we expected. We didn’t use the pool because it was so murky white and over chlorinated that it was not appealing. Vacasa, the mgt company in charge of the condo has some issues. It took us an hour before we could get the right code to enter the condo, it took me 2 phone calls and a call back before the code would work. Next, we were told once by a Vacasa employee and once by a person working there that the packing across the street was free and required no pass. Next morning I have a parking ticket on my car windshield. I called Vacasa once again and they have already sent me 30 dollars for the ticket. The last day we are checking out and the door will would not lock. So we texted with a Vacasa employee to let them know. I had to communicate with vacasa 5 times in the 3 days we were at the beach. It was pretty stressful for sure. I have requested to get a refund for 1 night from Vacasa and they said they will consider the request.

A Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful bonus!

The condo is right on the beach, no roads to cross to get to the beach. It was so nice to run back to the condo for things and to not have to get everything in one trip. We saw dolphins every morning. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic location!

The beach was right out our door. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful sunset view from it. Condo was very nice, beds were comfortable and we loved the beautiful sectional couch! The beach chairs were in pretty tough shape. We ended up buying new and leaving them for the next guests to enjoy! A couple more bath towels would have been nice too. Fantastic stay overall!

Good place but could use some small improvements

Overall size of the unit was sufficient for what we needed. The reserved parking space was tight to get in and out of. While location is on the beach, unit does not face the water. Sent message below to customer service and have not received a reply. Just wanted to give some feedback that one of the beach chairs is broken because it is rusted through at the foot. The spatula is terrible and the non stick pan does not work as non stick. There are also no hot mits to use the oven. You also need to update some of the interior and exterior pictures as there has been some furniture changes inside and the building outside has been painted. The kitchen faucet is stuck on the hard spray option and won't change to the gentle stream and the sliding screen door to the patio doesn't slide.

Perfect Beach Condo!!

We absolutely loved this beach condo. It is just steps from the beach and the wraparound patio gives a corner view of the water. Our family of three fit perfectly with room to spare. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, short of spices and things like foil, etc. We had a few meals in and also enjoyed short walks/drives to local restaurants. Some favorites were Groupers, Kenny’s Korner, DJs Clam Shack and Bay 1 Ice Cream. It was obvious the community is still getting back on its feet after last year’s storms and we were happy to support local businesses. Everything was lovely, especially the amazing sunsets, and we hope to be back!

Excellent place

The condo was a great place for our beach staycation. We don’t live far, just over the bridge in Tampa, but not having to trek back after lounging at the beach was amazing. The condo is on the beach, you go down the elevator and walk to the beach no crossing streets, it’s great. Something to note for someone who may care, the balcony does not over look the beach, it looks at the street. This was not a bother for us, but may be an issue for someone wanting to watch sunset from the balcony. Overall I would book this again in a heart beat.

Nice space!

We had a wonderful time at Indian Rocks. The unit was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We loved the beach and the pool area was large and well cared for. Looking forward to visiting here again.

Good stay & location

Water was great. Stay was clean, though some of the kitchen cookware, tools & utensils were very worn out and some rusted, like tea kettle. Could probably replace some of them. But overall, had a good time before Tropical Storm, Debby start pouring and being stuck the last 2 days.

Beautiful roomy condo

We had a wonderful time! You can see the beach from the side of the balcony. We loved watching the sunsets every night out at the beach. There is 2 bedrooms with one king bed in each and one bedroom has a bathroom inside. The other bathroom is in the hall. There is a couch in the dining room and a wrap around couch in the living room so lots of room from lounging around or if you have an extra kid to sleep

Great price and location

We loved this spot. Easy to get on and off the beach and to the pool from the room. There were more beach amenities than listed including towels, chairs, umbrellas, noodles, coolers galore and beach toys.

Great location at nicely finished

We rented out this unit for a weekend getaway with some friends. Building is older, but unit is nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Pool and chairs were nice, but it is next to the road if that bothers you. We enjoyed our time hanging there. Would stay there again if coming back to the area.

Great location… close to the beach 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was great for 2 couples Full kitchen set up… great for making breakfast Corner balcony was nice facing the street and corner facing the ocean( partial view) Negative: Master bedroom pillows, bedspread were dirty with stains. AC only went to 68… warm at night to sleep

Quick Fla Trip

We did a short 3 1/2 day trip and loved every minute. Crammed about a weeks worth of adventure into that time. Everything was great about the unit. There was one small hiccup with the lack of access code for the stairwell and elevator, but that was quickly resolved by the management company. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Nice location quite place. Everyone seems to be in bed by 10pm in the area

Great stay. We had a few questions when we got there and the call backs were pretty quick to respond. Would like to to have the grill area have charcoal and a lighter. I bought a bag and left it for another. We talked to 13 people who lived within a 2-8 miles radius of our home state. Great time thank you!!

Indian shores 2023

The condo was nice but wasn’t much of an ocean view. Street side with side balcony that the neighbors trees covered the ocean view. Area was good. Only one elevator and no key lock box or car pass at location like the listing says
