If the property is left excessively dirty or messyâsuch as stained furniture, food spills, trash scattered inside or outside, or damage requiring extra cleaningâa cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Any bodily fluids such as urine, feces, and/or vomit will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
