We kindly ask all guests to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. This includes both inside and outside areas of the home.

If the property is left excessively dirty or messy—such as stained furniture, food spills, trash scattered inside or outside, or damage requiring extra cleaning—a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Any bodily fluids such as urine, feces, and/or vomit will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

PLEASE LOCK PATIO DOORS FROM THE INSIDE. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS/WINDOWS ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED. DOOR WITH KEYPAD LOCKS AUTOMATICALLY AFTER A MINUTE.
REPORT ANY INCIDENT AS FAR AS DAMAGE OR MESS VIA THE APP IMMEDIATELY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
