Welcome to Mahana 1107! Located on the eleventh-floor, this one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 2-4 and features stunning panoramic views of the ocean, beach and outer islands! Highlights include hardwood floors, 55` HD TV, and sectional with queen sofa bed. Kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and the bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi and printer. Plush King Mattress, AC & Washer/dryer.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.

Absolutely best place to stay in Maui. Beautifully decorated, stunning views, and expertly appointed. Can’t say enough how much we loved this unit and location. The location is ideal with beach access, pool, and very short beautiful walk to Duke’s restaurant. Walking distance to grocery store, pizza, restaurants, coffee house. We absolutely cannot wait to come back.

Perfect stay

This rental was everything and more! The views and location are unbeatable. Walking distance to resorts, restaurants and shopping. Every day we were able to see sea turtles and dolphins from the rental. Would highly recommend for you next stay in Maui!

Beautiful Hawaiian condo

The view is spectacular. We enjoyed the location as it was just far enough away from all the resorts to seem like a more private area but was close enough to get the Whalers Village area without much effort. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us during our two week stay.

Booked this condo for our 20 year anniversary, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the choice. The property is incredible, with amazing ocean front views. The host was excellent with communication and instructions, and provided extra details to make the stay more welcoming. Unit was very clean, and had all the necessities for an extended stay. Amazing!

The views here are unbeatable. We saw soo many sea turtles, and dolphins too! The mirror wall is a great addition, it seemed to extend the amazing view. We loved it so much here that we extended our trip at the Mahana!

Spectacular Condo and Location

My wife and I love this condo. It’s well appointed and has everything you’ll need for your stay in Maui. The views from the lanai are spectacular. The amenities and beach access that Mahana provides are excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing and comfortable

The property was very clean including linens. It was same as shown in pictures. Place had all amenities. Its right next to beach, so views were amazing and you cant beat snorkeling experience at beach. We will come back again.

As close to the ocean as you can get

We love the Mahana and this stay was lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to enjoy more time at the beach. Loved watching the turtles from our balcony. The times grocery is walking distance. The Concierge (Kimmy) is the best. This is the only place to stay. Rebecca S

All good things to say.

We loved the unit. Not only was it easy to check in (our plane got in a bit later), but the unit was very clean, well stocked, and the view was gorgeous. Even enjoyed an amazing sunset in the beach. Property managers communicated excellently. We only regret we didn’t book additional days here. Would most definitely rent here again ona future trip.

Property was excellent, however the unit does not have central air due to construction. The unit had individual units in bedroom and living area. Was not bad late at night and early afternoon. But in the peak of day the living area was uncomfortable.

Fantastic Property

What a fantastic property. The unit was accurately described and pictured. It had more amenities than we were expecting and was extremely clean. Location and view was fantastic and the property was very quiet from traffic, children and surrounding units. Only downside was that the AC unit compressor was either old or over worked. It took over 6 hours to lower the temperature by 2 degrees when we were going to bed so we listened to the AC most of the night instead of the ocean. We will be back.
