This AIR CONDITIONED unit is located on the 10th floor of tower ll with spectacular sweeping panoramic views looking north to BlackRock, the island of Molokai, Kaanapali Beach and 'the boardwalk'. This unit sleeps up to 4 adults.

Studio unit 1064 has been completely and meticulously remodeled (cost of $140,000) by master craftsmen contractor Scott Williamson (known as the best remodeling contractor on West Maui). This remodel has spared no expense. Everything is of the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship from the custom fabricated granite counter-tops to the Italian glass imported tile back splash and trim. Everything is brand-new you will literally be staying in a brand new posh condominium Suite. Amenities include chefs gourmet kitchen, 'Sub-zero' built-in refrigerator with ice maker, king size pillow-top bed (Murphy bed) with Egyptian Cotton 650 thread count sheets, posh super comfortable sectional sofa sleeper, over-sized dining chairs, impressive wall unit entertainment center hosting the new 46' LED TV + DVD and foldout executive size desk for those working vacations. Free cable TV and high-speed Internet is available in the room (provided it's not down for regular maintenance).
All linens are provided fresh and clean. Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay 10 nights or longer upon request. Month long stays will receive a weekly clean Upon request. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for additional charge. There is a $145 check out cleaning fee for up to 2 guests and $195 for 3-4 guests. $195 flat cleaning fee for "book it now" bookings.
The Whaler Resort is one of the premier condominium resorts in Maui. It is located in the most ideal location of Kaanapali Beach (between the Sheridan and Westin Hotels and next to Black Rock and Whalers Village Shops). Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been distinguished as being named 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.
Enjoy sailing, snorkeling, surfing, diving, golf, tennis, scuba diving, fine dining, hiking, jogging and world class shops all only steps away from your fully equipped 'plush' condominium. Other amenities include fitness and business centers, tennis courts, swimming pool & hot tub (jacuzzi), on-site spa & salon plus barbecue and picnic areas.
To reserve, a 50% Reservation deposit is required, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If there are more than two (2) guests staying in the unit or if there are any infants or children under the age of 18 - There is a $300 damage deposit refundable within 14 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of condo by the maid. Great unit - beautiful views - right next door to stores and restaurants.
All other reviews are spot on...the unit is very clean and new. Murphy bed is extremely comfortable. Unit is stocked with beach gear and great kitchen items for use during stay. Conveniently located within complex - close to elevators and laundry. Best of all: extremely quiet and you can even hear the ocean waves inside at night. Highly recommend

Great location and beautiful view! We loved the resort area and the beach was wonderful.
The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the shops and all the activities. A great place to stay!

Very nice large Studio
Very nice unit to stay in. Loved all the dimmer switched lights, décor and design choices Jim made when he remodeled this unit. You felt like you were staying in a 5 Star Resort. The view of the pool, center garden area with the koi pond, ocean and Black Rock point from the lanai was really very nice. When we come back to the Whaler it will be in one of Jim's units.
Perfect for two to relax and recharge
Very large space for a Studio. Excellent location, wonderful beach and ocean views but still very quiet.
Love the Whaler and condo 1064!!
Our 4th trip to Maui and have stayed in three large hotels during prior trips and wish we had discovered Jim years ago! The accommodations were perfect for two people, but 4 could stay as well. So convenient to shopping and restaurants, but the best part was the view of Black Rock and the ocean from our lanai. We could walk less than five minutes to snorkel at Black Rock and swam with turtles for 14 days. The courtyard at The Whaler boasts a large koi pond and a foot bridge and it was so peaceful walking through there numerous times a day. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep. Make your reservations now.
