Before leaving, please: Remove and empty the fridge and pantry of all perishable or opened food items. Double-check all rooms, closets, and drawers to ensure no personal items are left behind.
Please empty all trash cans and take the trash bags to the trash chute, located by the stairs and elevator, before check-out.
Please ensure that all lights, TVs, and appliances are turned off. Set the thermostat to 76°F in the summer and 66°F in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, parties and events are not permitted in the condo or resort property.
PET POLICY The resort does not allow pets. Exception: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service dogs.
NO SMOKING Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the condo, including on balconies!
