Cleanliness was ok. Our main problem was the sheets in the bunk beds were not cleaned and full of sand. The shower curtains were disgusting. There was mildew all on the bottom of them. The main bedroom was a comfortable bed, but the other bed was hard. We did like that the chairs were included for the beach and also and extra chairs in the room. The kitchen was clean. The biggest problem is the elevator situation. You had to wait sometimes for at least 20 minutes to even get on. The parking garage is too small. The pool area we loved. I just think how much you pay for a room at these resort. Your room should be spotless.

We sincerely apologize that the bunk room linens and shower curtain did not meet our standards upon your arrival. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and we've addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team and strengthened our inspection process to help ensure every guest arrives to a spotless condo. We also understand the frustration with elevator wait times during peak season. While the elevators are maintained and operated by the resort, we know they can impact the overall vacation experience during busy periods.
