The pool chairs were broken at thw smaller pools and very worn out on the larger pools. The condo does need new towels . We love the location and have stayed at this resort many times. Will stay again

Regarding the poolside furniture, we want to clarify that all pool areas are public community amenities managed entirely by the resort HOA, not our private company, but we will gladly pass your feedback along to them so they can address the worn chairs. We also appreciate your note about the towels and will have our housekeeping team inspect and refresh the unit’s inventory immediately. We had a lovely three night stay here with our small dog. It was comfortable, had all the kitchen equipment we needed, clean and so close to the big pools and the gym. It was unseasonably warm when we were there and it was very well air conditioned! We arrived a bit earlier than we expected so we called the property managers and they arranged for us to check in early - for a fee. Really like the 11 am check out time too. We'll be back!
