The host contacted us on the day of arrival to cancel because they accidently double booked with another site. The refund was in no way enough to cover the hotel we had to book at the last minute. Dissapointing.

Unfortunately, an unexpected calendar synchronization issue resulted in a double booking across platforms, and we understand how frustrating this was—especially on the day of arrival. We fully recognize that last-minute accommodations can be stressful and more expensive, and we regret that the refund did not fully offset those additional costs. This situation does not reflect the level of service and reliability we strive to provide to our guests. Since this incident, we have implemented additional safeguards to prevent scheduling conflicts from happening again. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
