Came from St. Louis for Cubs/Cards and 4th of July celebration. The property was excellent as there were 7 of us ranging in age from 8 years old to 90 years old. Location was GREAT, amenities well thought out and convenient. Host responded quickly to any questions and was very gracious. Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was amazing. The host was very responsive to all of our questions, and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes early which was incredibly helpful. The space itself was very clean, everything was in good working order and we will absolutely book this spot again.

Great location. The check in process was seamless with good communication and detailed directions. There were four of us and we each had our own bedroom (with very comfortable queen size beds) and separate bathrooms. We had breakfast every morning and the kitchen was supplied to take care of our needs.If youโ€™re looking for something that is a great value within walking distance to the city, I would highly recommend this.

The unit from what we saw online and on the all to what we got was not great or what we were expecting. The unit is in a student housing complex with mostly all college students which was not listed. I would have never stayed here had I known this was the case. I also asked for a checkout at 12 to accommodate our schedule for travel. When I asked the host, they said someone was checking into the unit on Monday and couldnโ€™t help us. I went on the app and checked availability to confirm and it showed it was available to rent. I took a screenshot of it and sent it to the owner (assuming that is who I was talking to on the app). They then responded saying, โ€œgreat news, they checked with their team and they were able to get us an 11:30 checkoutโ€. They did not acknowledge they were lying to us which I felt was rude. We stayed from 9/3 to 9/7. I took the screenshot on Sunday the 6th at 3:15pm and included the image in the review to show it was available to rent. I would not stay here ever again. Apologies for the negative review but all 6 of us felt this way.

We would definitely stay again if we were back to Chicago. The building is also student housing. Even though we didn't know this ahead of time, the students that we interacted as we came and left, were friendly. There was more noise from the outside city noise then within the building.
