Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, flat TVs, one-car (small/medium) attached garage. Centrally located by the Division corridor. Walk to Milwaukee 'L' station

Enjoy 4 beds, 3 FULL and 2 HALF BATHROOMS - more than most large-capacity listings in the area. Prepare gourmet meals in the chef's kitchen with marble countertops and stainless appliances. Dine in style with a full dining set

Bedrooms feature king bed (primary), queen beds (3rd bedroom and 4th floor open space), and one full-sized bed (1st floor bedroom). Main bedroom with an en-suite spa bathroom with dual vanity, glass shower, and free-standing bathtub. Top level is a converted family room and features a queen bed, workspace, additional living space, games, and a private terrace with skyline views

Additional features include fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, two queen and one single air mattresses and secure digital lock

Our prime downtown location is only 3 subway stops (~12 minutes) from the Loop, Michigan Ave, shopping, museums, and Lake Michigan. Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. It does have a few stairs, but the skyline view on the fourth level is worth the walk.

Stay for NHL Winter Classic

The house was in a great location and was the perfect size for our group of 10. Very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. Very quick communication from the host. We had a great 3 day stay to attend the Winter Classic.

My family stayed here when visiting me in Chicago. The layout of the space was really great and check-in was easy. Street parking in the neighborhood is a little tricky with permits, as our group had multiple cars. However Doug was very helpful and accommodating x

Awesome home in Chicago

This property is gorgeous! It's the small details that make it extraordinary. We had a very minor issue and Doug responded and had it fixed at 7:30 in the morning. Some have commented on the stairs, and yes there are a lot, but that was the beauty of separating our guests when they needed personal space. We will definitely be back! Thank you Doug for everything. Truly a beautiful home.

Amazing!

Great place for a family stay! Stayed for Christmas vacation with multiple families. Amenities were amazing and we got to bring our dogs! Kitchen has everything you need! Doug was the best and so easy to work with.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family met in Chicago for the holidays. There was plenty of space for all of us. The fourth floor bedroom was quite large and had additional sofa and tv for an extra living space. Communication with owner was seamless, location perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found street parking nearby. I would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving with Family

The checkin experience was arduous. I was not given the several pages of instructions and key codes until the morning of my stay. We were already driving from Ohio and given the extensive requirements we decided to check in before our evening event to be sure all was well. We were late to our event and never felt relaxed due to all of the rules.

Perfect spot

The property is perfect for a girls weekend! Beds were super comfy and the place came with all of the amenities. The location is great and right by some great bars and restaurants as well. Doug was super easy to contact and always responded promptly!

Great spot for large groups!

We had a family girls weekend with my grandma, mom, aunts, cousins and sisters and had 11 of us total staying here. It was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone and we loved the rooftop patio overlooking the city!

Great location!

The property is exactly as described. There are a lot of steps. However. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and bathrooms a plenty fo all guests.

Our hospitality development and management branch thrives in immersing guests in transporting and captivating settings. Our approach to design combines my background in biophysics with nature influences and sustainable textures I run a small interior design firm. Outside design, I enjoy live music performances, crafts and scouring antiques, vintage and thrift stores for hidden gems

We are also at a close proximity to the United Center, several restaurants, bars, and cafes. Here are some favorites: Beatnik, Yuzu sushi, Carbon, and Bordel. We are a quick 35-minuets ride from either airports, or an easy and direct 40-minute (ORD), or single transfer (MID) train ride. We recommend taxis
