Perfect for Families
My husband and I and our two kids chose to stay at the Marriott Newport coast villas while we were in town, visiting my husband’s family and friends. We had a wonderful time! There was so much to do with the kids, the food was amazing, the grounds were beautiful, in the family room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and felt very luxurious. We will definitely be back.

A property we’ve been to many times and are familiar with. It doesn’t get much better than Newport Coast!! First time as a VRBO customer and would always prefer to go direct with Marriott, but I was very satisfied with the communication from the agent and they were helpful in the lead up. No issues.

Pretty property grounds. The floors and bathroom were not as clean as I would like.
I called the day prior to check my reservation and they did not have my name listed, I had to call the property manager, who did take care of it. It would have been a hassle the day of checking in, if I have not!

Great Stay at Marriott Newport Coast Villas
We had a great stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. There were a lot of great activities for the kids, pools were nice, kids club was really fun, property was well maintained, hotel staff was friendly and well informed.
We would have appreciated daily visits from housekeeping. If you need extra towels and garbages emptied you have to send a request. There is an extra charge for sweeping floors, vacuuming, and straightening beds.
Overall we had a great vacation and would love to come again sometime.
