The condo itself is old, but comfy! It has a great patio with a great view of the beach and wonderful sunsets. It’s quiet, close to Pier Park and restaurants. Bring your own amenities and blow dryer, not provided.

we walked in and opened the curtains and my mom said "oh my goodness this is perfect. if i never get to come back to the beach this is the perfect place for a last time" she was so happy with everything.

I’d give 5 stars for location! It is so close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I’d give 2 stars for cleanliness. There is a fan but layers of dust on it. The sofa isn’t supportive and comfortable and is stained. There were 5 hangers that were mismatched and of all things no hair dryer. It’s listed that they have a washer and dryer but it’s not in the condo- it’s in a public area and it’s pay per use. My feet were so dirty after walking around in this place. The towels were someone’s old ratty things. I think a true good cleaning from top to bottom and add some nice amenities like hangers, a hairdryer, good towels, beach towels, then you’d have a great place on your hands!

Great location! Ground floor was amazing for unloading and loading. Easy access to the beach. Codo was clean bed was comfortable! Pier Park had everything you would need!

Perfect for small families

We enjoyed being right on the beach and being on the ground floor. My children are small so we booked for ease of the ground floor. The condo location is literally right down the street from Pier Park which is great.

Great Area.

The room was great for what we wanted. Right on the beach and close to restaurants. We didn’t really need to drive anywhere, only to the store. No complaints.

It was absolutely perfect. Quiet and quaint but, close to the Pier and amazing restaurants. We have already booked again for next year…We can’t wait!

Great spot right on the water. The condo was stocked with all the appliances and amenities that you needed. It was nice not having to go up and down the stairs or elevator to get to the sand. Good communication with the owner.

Great On The Beach Condo

Great little place for easy access to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are close. Condo was short on supplies i.e. towels for the entire party and stay but Walmart to the rescue. Bed is comfortable even sleeper sofa was large (queen size) and comfortable.

Unfortunately I have to give this VRBO a negative review for three reasons: No parking pass: When they sent the instructions before my arrival, they said a print out for the parking pass was attached to the email in case they forgot to leave one in the townhouse. I emailed back and said there was no attachment and to please resend. There was no response. When I got to the townhouse at 6 pm, there was no parking pass, but a large sign saying front said cars with no parking pass will be towed. I immediately messaged them saying there was no pass. I never heard anything back. So I slept very poorly listening for a tow truck to show up and, rather than sleeping in after a 11 hour travel day, left at 6:30 in the morning before people who might call the tow truck are awake. The internet did not work. At all.Third, there were multiple wires (modem, TV, lights, etc.) going into one household plug and extension with no electric power strip surge protector. My fireman nephew told me to unplug all of them immediately as this is one of the major causes of house fires, especially in older buildings.The location is fabulous and I love that it’s a one story old Florida style rather than a high rise. But….i can’t recommend it.

Great place on the beach

Great location and easy beach access. Walking distance to lots of great food and drink. Neighbors are nice and the unit had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

He as well has a unit in POLYNESIAN and we decided to go for a POLYNESIAN of our own- if you have more guest that you would like to come stay at POLYNESIAN let us know! we have 2 units in the complex 3 doors down from one another!
