Great place to stay for a football weekend. Plenty of beds and space for a fun group trip to Notre Dame. The owner was very welcoming and the communication was excellent.

Communication with the host was outstanding. I would have liked to know the floor plan of the house in the description. I still would have booked, but I was a little surprised when I first walked in that it was a 2 story and basement. The location was perfect!!!

The location was great. Quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate. I had a couple questions. The host responded quickly and was helpful. The house layout is good. The kitchen is outdated but was not a problem. It had kitchen basics for use. House was very clean. I would definitely book again.

The house was clean and nicely organized. I appreciated that it was relatively babyproof (there weren't tons of fragile decor scattered throughout the house like alot of vacation rentals). Some layout details that we couldn't tell from the listing, but would have liked to know beforehand: the office space is upstairs and you walk through it to get to the 3rd bedroom; the second bathroom is in the basement. The kitchen was missing some things that I thought were basic (like bowls, a whisk, spatula, cooking oil, potholders). Sadly, the outdoor space was not well kept (piles of debris scattered throughout the weedy backyard). Main complaint: leading up to the trip, communication was great (host even let us check in a few hours early), but when we had issues during the trip, it was hard to reach her:1) The electricity in the kitchen is a bit odd. We realized this when the breaker for the fridge and kitchen outlets blew while making breakfast one morning (we were only using the coffee pot and panini grill provided). We made several attempts to contact the host (by phone and through the app), but we didn't hear back from her for several hours (we changed our breakfast plan since we couldn't access the breaker box to remedy the situation). 2) One of the bathrooms had a finicky manual latch-lock. It didn't bother us until the last day when it locked itself after somebody left the bathroom (thankfully, the host mailed our things back to us that had been locked in the bathroom).
