The Space Wake up to sunrise views over Winnekeag Lake, which you can see right from bed. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm, inviting space for gathering. The living room features a 14-foot half-cathedral ceiling, a beautiful all-brick gas fireplace, and wide pine floors with a comfortable seating area perfect for relaxing by the fire.
The sunroom faces the lake with windows on three sides, filling the space with natural light. It’s a favorite spot for morning coffee or cozy evenings, with radiant heated floors, couches for lounging, and shelves stocked with puzzles, books, and games. The dining area features a lovely wooden table where you can enjoy home-cooked meals or takeout from one of the area’s excellent local eateries.
Guest Access Guests have full access to the home and lakefront. In summer, enjoy swimming, fishing, or paddling with kayaks and canoes. In winter, it’s the perfect home base for cozy nights by the fire after a day on the ski slopes. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the foyer.
