Accommodating upto 8 guests, it features 1 queen bed, 2 single beds (a trundle bed), 1 sofa sleeper-double bed and 1 futon-double bed. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Easy access to Hwy 60, connected to I-10 and 101 Fwy to get easily to Phoenix area. Superior is a copper mining historic town and home to numerous western movies. Enjoy hiking, biking, ATVs and other outdoor adventures Perfect for a memorable getaway or a base for traveling professionals.

Perfect spot for our small family gathering. Great location for beautiful day trips up to Oak flat and the edge of Superstition wilderness. Also a fun place for UTV adventures. Comfortable sleeping and amenities.

This property was just what we needed for our planned visit to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. It was comfortable for the two of us. It was clean and provided a kitchen, washer and dryer which we did not use for our short stay but it was good that it was available. Thanks Alena for letting us stay at your property.

Unique layout. Comfortable. Great place to crash after climbing all day. The tankless water heater is a great amenity, especially with a larger group.

Safe and friendly neighborhood with good connection to hwy 60. Five minutes from downtown of Superior where all restaurants, fun shops, supermarket and galleries can be find.

What makes this property unique

Newly remodeled home, new English landscaping, fireplace, charcoal grill, outdoor dining table for 6 people w/umbrella. Interior w/barn doors and all new furniture in 2025.
