Welcome to The Dockside Retreat, a spacious and beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cabin on the shores of scenic Black Lake. Perfect for families, groups, or fishing trips, this fully renovated getaway combines modern comfort with rustic lakeside charm, sleeping up to 12 guests in comfort and style.
Inside, you’ll enjoy all-new furniture, décor, and flooring throughout, as well as a newly renovated kitchen, both bathrooms, and an expansive new deck with comfortable outdoor seating.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and everything you need for home-cooked meals by the lake. The dining room offers a table with seating for eight, perfect for family dinners or game nights.
The living room includes a sectional pullout couch that converts into a full bed, a recliner, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day on the water.
The cozy 3-season sunroom features new flooring and a sectional pullout couch that also converts into a full bed — an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation while watching the sunset over the lake.
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for comfort:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, nightstand, and small closet.
Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin bunk beds, nightstand, and small closet — perfect for kids or groups.
Bedroom 3: One twin-over-full bunk bed and a small closet.
Both bathrooms are completely redone. The full bath features new floor tile, a newly tiled shower, modern vanity, and medicine cabinet, while the half bath includes all-new tile, vanity, and medicine cabinet.
Step outside onto the large new deck with brand-new deck furniture — ideal for grilling, lounging, and enjoying the peaceful lake breeze. The cabin also includes its own private dock for fishing, swimming, or launching your kayak or pontoon.
Guests have access to all campground amenities, including a pool, arcade, scenic trails, and the camp store, which offers rentals for pontoons, kayaks, paddle boats, and lawn games.
With smart locks for easy check-in and a smart TV for entertainment, The Dockside Retreat has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable lakeside vacation.
