This property is beautiful and spacious. It is a short walk to a nice quiet beach.However, the place seems like it is under construction: several outlets had open electric wiring, the back porch had rot and nails exposed, and smoke detectors were not all in place. The lister also didn't seem like he had ever been to the property: he was confused about how many bedrooms there were, and didn't tell us some important details like how to lock the doors or turn on the lights. He also forgot to send our check-in information like the address until I asked for it. He did respond in a timely way to questions, but didn't seem to be familiar with his own property.
