Beautiful loft apartment in a beautiful seaside town

Only were able to stay overnight, but the elegant, European-simple loft apartment truly has everything: superbly equipped kitchen, small balcony overlooking the property's pool. on charming street in historic small town. Highly recommend.

I was home visiting. This property allowed me to so everything I did when growing up. The beach, band comcerts, walking along the waterfront. Looking forward to a return trip.

Marion Stay

This Loft, in Marion MA, is a wonderful place to stay. It is very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the trees and garden that has a large swimming pool. The bedroom and bathroom are also spacious, with a shower/bath and the queen size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The lounge seating is very comfortable and well kept. The owner is a very accommodating and friendly lady, who lives in the house next to the loft. So if there are any issues she is right next door! I would absolutely recommend this property for either a short or long term stay.

Another Great Visit to the Cape

Franca was a wonderful host. We had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. Accommodations were convenient to all of the townships on the Cape- most all within an hour’s drive or less. Excellent restaurants nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect getaway.

The loft is beautiful and cozy. It's a perfect quiet getaway in a relaxed and peaceful setting, while also being close to plenty of attractions. The host is wonderful and so very accommodating. I'd book it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful host

Loved Franca. Very responsive. Toilet broke whole there. Fixed right away. Needed toilet paper brought right over. Very interesting to talk to. Great pad for relaxing time. Covid limited the use of pool. Such is life under Covid. Small pointers. Unit could use some more spoons. No full size fridge so if you bring lots of food. Bring a cooler too. Found out after that Great Hill farm makes and sells fresh Blue Cheese. Mon-thu. Sadly found out the hard way friday. Next time will check out. Otherwise thanks for a great week

Beautiful

Great property

Franca is a very welcoming and helpful host; I enjoyed our chats. Communication was very easy and quick. The space is very private (over the garage), well appointed and clean. Being a Marion native, I didn't need a lot of advice on the area, but I know for most guests, Franca would be very helpful in that regard. I'm a bit biased about the charm of this seaside town! The location is great, both close to the village and to main roads for trips to other areas. A guest pass for access to the town beach and for parking in some areas of town is available for guests.

Quiet retreat

Balcony overlooking pool area was fabulous for coffee in the morning and a wind-down cocktail before bed. Very peaceful location, yet still a great jumping off point for the western cape and the islands. Spacious living area and kitchen, nicely decorated. Definitely recommend!

A lovely oasis where everything is perfect!

We needed a few days away to disconnect and recharge - and Franca’s absolutely gorgeous loft, plus her beautiful garden and pool, turned out to be exactly right! Everything here is sheer perfection, Franca and her husband are incredibly gracious hosts, Marion is an adorable little town, Cape Cod and many beaches are easily reachable ... we hope to return soon!

Visit the Elizabeth Tabor Library and The Marion Historical Society here in the village and discover it's connection to President Grover Cleveland, architects Stanford White and Henry Hobson Richardson, sculptor Augustus Saint- Gaudens and others that spent time together here.
