We had a great time staying in Sandwich at Andrew's property. The location was great! It was a short walk to Mr. Bob's to get ice cream, close to the marina, kayaking, and biking trails. The backyard was quiet and private with perfect trees for my son to string up his hammock. The only downfall is that it has a single bathroom which can be challenging at times with 6 people. Andrew was great at communicating with us and prompt with answering questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Overall I liked this property and we had a great time . We were there for 4 nights starting 7/30/26. However there are a couple things I feel I need to comment on that could use some improvement: - the side room with the pull out couch and pool table smelled VERY Musty . Gotta fix that . That’s an easy fix ..just gotta clean and air it out . The place could have been cleaned a little better overall before we arrived .could have used another vacuuming . The pull out couch in the living room is really not a pull out bed . It’s kinda like a half bed . Maybe get a real and larger pull out couch in there. Also it might be good to replace all the beds with firmer mattresses . All 4 were bouncy. The bed frames themselves are fine It might make sense to invest in an outdoor shower of some kind as well since only one bathroom.But we loved the location…very quiet and convenient to get places ;and the kitchen and dining room were both really nice and good size. Good parking and the host , Andrew, was very accommodating and responsive to questions The Town of Sandwich is very cute and Cape Codish.A good review overall but just a few things need tweakingFrom a visitor from Upstate NY

Loved it, wish it were ours!

The house feels much larger than it looks in the photos. There is a dining room and a kitchen table. We played cards and games at night without waking the baby. The kitchen is beautiful, all new with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in basement, billiards in a seperate rec room, fire pit and grill in the yard. Only 2 steps to get inside plus ample parking.

I rented the house because it was close to the canal bike trail, less than a mile away. It’s also located very close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and other retail that you might need. While the kitchen was clean and well stocked with more accessories than I often find, it was missing some basics like a wine opener, and the Keurig coffee maker was missing the K cup holder. But it was well accessorized with plenty of dishes and glasses and also the bathroom had plenty of towels.Because it’s a relatively new rental and the owners are I believe not local, it does need a little more oversight. Everything appeared to be clean, except the floors and the windows inside the screens. Upon arrival, I had to sweep all the floors and vacuumed the rugs, but I found it difficult to get all the cobwebs and bugs out of the corners/edges and under furniture because it’s an upright vacuum. I exchanged a couple of messages with the owner to let them know that they needed to have their cleaning crew do a more thorough job of cleaning, including inside the window screens so that people can open the windows and enjoy the good weather without all the bugs and spiderwebs.It’s a nice little home in a quiet neighborhood and I’m sure that the owners will have the place thoroughly cleaned in the future.

Very cute and comfortable house stocked with every thing you need for an enjoyable stay! Host was friendly and communication was excellent. I definitely recommend this house to those staying in the area!
