Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please shake sand out of beach towels and launder when done using them. Please leave all used bath towels on bathroom floor when checking out.
Please place all trash in large trash barrel next to shed and bungie cord the lid. Place all recyclables in barrel with grey lid.
Please cover outdoor furniture and fire table when not in use. Pine sap falls from the trees. Please bring outdoor games into enclosed porch to prevent weather damage.

Gary was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. The house was cute and clean. The beach was a little further than expected but otherwise was as advertised.

It was a pleasure having Andrew and his guest as our guest. The cottage was left immaculate, all the towels were even laundered and folded. We weren't expecting that. We would love to have them back again and would highly recommend them to any host.

Cottage was clean, cute and comfortable. AC was great- we slept very well. This was paramount since we were spending all day with 4 young grandchildren! Hosts left a cake, coffee and cream for us upon check in. There was a nice note welcoming us and asking us to let them know if we needed anything. Definitely will rent again. Cute beach house that is great for families, packed with activities like cornhole, nice leisure outdoor lawn furniture and a fire pit. We slept in the master suite with the king-size bed. It was comfy and the AC units throughout the house kept the house nice and cool for those hotter summer days. My husband & I used both shower facilities (at the same time) and still got great pressure and hot water along with freshly stocked soft bath towels to dry off. We loved this house and just wish we could have spent more time inside it, but the area has lots to do in Plymouth. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone in a smaller group.

Lacey and family were a pleasure to have as guests. They took amazing care of our cottage. Everything looked great after they left. They took care of all the closing requests. We highly recommend them for any other Vrbo host. We would absolutely love to have them back again.

Easy walk to the beach and they provide everything! Literally the best stocked beach house I’ve ever rented. The beds, blankets, pillows were so comfortable. The beach is gorgeous and Gerry was so quick to respond. Highly recommend!
