Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash must be removed from the property and either taken to Matagorda Solid Waste Collection Station or taken with you. There will be a charge if trash is left behind.
Strip beds that were used and put bedding on the floor. Put used towels in a separate pile.
Turn A/C to 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A/C never worked. Temp of unit was never below 75. Step downs into living areas from kitchen and master suite were quite dangerous as the tile used on the steps were the exact tiles used in the living area. Steps were not marked for recognition and one of our party fell . Fortunately our visit to the emergency room when we got home showed no broken hips or legs. Several light bulbs and / or switches were non functional
