Beautiful 5-bedroom/2-bathroom coastal decorated house sleeps 15 with 2 kings, 1 Queen, 2 twins and 4 futons and LOTS of room for your own air mattresses.  3 living rooms with lots of seating and recliners including a card or domino table, sliding door leads to great deck for a beautiful view of the river.  Pool table, foosball table, Xbox, satellite tv, and family games available for entertainment.  Full sized washer and dryer downstairs, full commercial kitchen downstairs, smaller kitchen upstairs. Fully stocked with everything you will need. Fridge upstairs and downstairs. Ice machine downstairs kitchen. A brand new roomy fish cleaning table has been built at the back of the house. This is a great multi-family rental!

Fully fenced yard and downstairs only access for your 4-legged family members (no pets upstairs and separate pet fee required).  Propane grill and also charcaol pit outside for your barbequing needs, fire pit for use (but check for burn ban in effect).  We also have a mosquito misting system so your time outdoors can be more comfortable
