Do not book this if you haven’t seen it physically. Property has broken down car and appliances at side of house and four wheeler in the house and insects present in the house and smelled awful. Trash in dirt driveway. House looked to be condemned.

We make every effort to address guest concerns immediately, but we were not given the opportunity to resolve any issues during your stay despite being available and responsive. Communication is something we strongly encourage so we can ensure guest satisfaction in real time. Regarding the vehicle mentioned, it was temporarily parked on the property and has since been removed. It did not impact the interior or functionality of the home. Additionally, the concerns about cleanliness and condition are not consistent with the standards we maintain or the experience of other guests. That said, we have still taken extra steps to inspect the property, complete maintenance updates, and ensure everything is in proper condition. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all guests and welcome constructive communication so concerns can be properly addressed.

Check in could have been communicated properly. I’ve never had to ask how to get into a house before. Directions were not given until check in time. This should have been told prior and it would have been fine. Needs a little updating inside. Outside needs a lot of updated and I’d recommend adding a pic of the outside to the listing so guests know what they are pulling up to. But over all it was a good stay

I do want to clarify that VRBO automatically sends a check-in email prior to arrival that includes the property address and access details. Most guests typically use Google Maps, Apple Maps, or another navigation app for directions, so there wasn’t any indication in our prior messages that additional directions were needed. Had that been communicated, I would’ve absolutely made sure you had everything step-by-step ahead of time. That said, I understand how clearer communication can make the experience smoother, and I’ll definitely take that into consideration moving forward. I also appreciate your notes about the property—updates and adding an exterior photo are things we will review to better set expectations for future guests. I’m glad to hear you still had an overall good stay, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again with an even better experience next time.

The house smelled so good when we got in. Rooms were comfy. 2 of the tv’s don’t work but that didn’t matter too much to us. Home is secluded away from other homes so there was no concern of noise complaints or anything. Lots of parking space and overall a great place to have friends over. Will definitely book again !!

When we first pulled into the yard, my first thought was “you have got to be kidding me, I know this is not it”. The outside of the house needs a LOT of maintenance. The yard/driveway had a large pot hole with a few large rocks or cement chunks in it so you could see it and not sink your car in it. The trash can on the side of the house was full and over flowing. We got there right at 4:00 and we got a message that the cleaners were not finished and needed 20 more minutes, but we were already there. They pulled up a few minutes later and we waited outside while they finished. My grandson stepped in the pot hole, which was also filled with water, and got his shoes and socks all wet. We asked about the trash on the side of the house and was told they told they would come back to haul it off later that evening or first thing in the morning. Several emails were sent and promises made to get the trash. When we left Thursday morning the trash was still there and animals had started pulling in it. Inside the house there were a few cosmetic things needing to be done, but for the most part it looked like the listing. We couldn’t get all the TV’s to work because they had the wrong remotes or the remote didn’t have batteries. The bedrooms didn’t have trash cans and the kitchen didn’t have utensils and only one Christmas coffee mug. So we went out to purchase the things we needed. We also had to purchase towels and wash cloths because they didn’t have enough, and cleaning products.
