The entry way opens up to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable sitting area has a couch and armchair set in front of the cable TV, and the dining table has seating for four. A recently outfitted kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need while on holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and kettle.Two french doors lead out to the terrace with additional seating looking out to the tropical garden space.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, closets, en suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower, and is cooled by A/C and a ceiling fan. There is also a private balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closets, A/C and ceiling fan and uses the adjacent bathroom which has a combo tub/shower.
The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs next to the powder room. Should you choose to rent a car, you can make use of the two parking spaces allocated to Gunsite #28.
