The apartment was lovely and had plenty of room for the 2 of us! The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The living room and kitchen were perfect for 2 people (with a little kitchen bar with two stools for eating food we picked up). The host was very quick to answer questions we had about parking. The colorful lights on the outside made it festive and easy to spot at night! We will certainly be staying here again!

This is a great pet-friendly rental. My husband, myself, son, and dog stayed for 2 nights, with plenty of space. The place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, and free parking was available on the street directly in front of the unit at all times of the day as we were in and out frequently. Katie (host) made sure that we had everything we needed after check-in. We would 100% stay here again.

We live here in Lincoln Park. We love our house and our neighborhood. We have been here since 1996. This is part of our 3 flat. We live upstairs and we have rented out this apartment for long term leases. We recently renovated it and furnished it for friends and families to rent out when they come to Chicago. It is one of my favorite spaces right now!

Why they chose this property

Lincoln Park is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. It has a lot of shopping, restaurants and parks within walking distance. My kids are able to explore the city on their own and enjoy all that it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Although it has 1 bed and 1 bath - there is a large living area with a large couch and large TV. We have made sure that the couch expands into a full size bed and added a chair that converts to a twin size bed. This allows the space to hold a group of friends or a family with kids. We are also dog friendly.
