Fire Island cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house plus 1 guest house bedroom and outdoor shower on the back deck. Steps from the bay and ocean. Just .3 mile from the Dunewood ferry dock and .6 mile from Fair Harbor. The house includes:
Ramp entry with 1 low step to the front door.
Living room with 2 couches, coffee table, flat screen tv.
Kitchen with island and stools, dining table, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, electric stove/oven. Kitchen also includes basic pots, pans, cutlery, cutting boards, serving ware, and drink ware.
Bedroom with 1 queen bed.
Bedroom with 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed.
Bedroom with 1 king bed + en suite half bathroom + laundry dryer.
Full bathroom with bathtub and laundry washing machine.
Offices/spare room on the back deck (not in the main house) with 1 double bed.
Outdoor shower.
The deck has tall fencing for privacy, but the outdoor area is not completely fenced in. Back deck with a table and chairs and other outdoor seating.
